As a real estate professional Josh is passionate about helping his clients achieve their ultimate real estate objectives. And as a Principal of Westside Properties, Josh is dedicated to helping his agents achieve financial success.

You could say that Joshua Barré was born into the Westside real estate business. Before he could walk, he was “sitting” on open houses with his grandmother, Betty Lessing, who beloved by her clients, continued to work until she passed away in 2005. Her reputation for integrity and professionalism, enhanced by her warmth and caring, lives on in her grandson.

In the early 80’s, Josh’s mother, Laurie, entered the business, and worked with her mother helping buyers and sellers on the Westside. At the age of 19, Josh- representing the third generation, obtained his real estate license, and joined his parents in the family business helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams and goals.

In 2008, at the age of 31, Josh, with his partner and long-time friend Dominic Naidoo, formed Westside Properties, an independent real estate division of RealPro Financial Inc. Westside Properties is based in Pacific Palisades, California, but its agents are active throughout the entire Westside of Los Angeles. Josh and Dom represent a new generation of real estate professionals that understand how to leverage internet-based information technology to better serve their clients.
