Born and raised on the sunny coast of Los Angeles, with approximately 15 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate transaction, Tony Zapata has become recognized as a valuable asset to the Westside Properties team.

In the mid 90’s, Tony earned recognition in the mortgage and lending industries representing the most notable names in Hollywood. He has transitioned into real estate sales, tackling the challenging aspects of approximately 200 condominium conversion sales, before focusing on single family homes, estates, and income properties.

Internationally, Tony spent the past few years working the off-seasons on the Sea of Cortez in Mexico representing sales in a newly-constructed $150 million dollar resort development.

Tony’s drive, confidence, charisma, collaborative, spirit, and social grace matured over the years as a professional volleyball player for the AVP (Association of Volleyball Professionals), a winner of 2 out of 3 medals in Chile competing for and representing USA, as event winner in Montreal competing for and representing US, a teen-sensation surfer and finally a 3 time champion of the Manhattan Beach 6- man Tournament.
